Welcome to Limestone Bay Yacht Club.
It took a few last minute telephone calls but there was a quorum at the 2014 Annual Meeting. Thanks to all that attended and those who mailed their proxies.

If you are a slip owner and would like to contribute your time serving on the LBYC Board of Directors, please contact the Commodore at lbyc-at-limestonebayyachtclub.com.
The Board is composed of nine members that serve on a volunteer basis for three years each. Three directors are elected each year so there is overlap of terms to assure continuity of leadership/management. A number of our board members have served faithfully for many, many years and have advised that they intend to step down at the end of their current terms, or would be interested in "retiring" early to enable an interested member to get some mentoring from an old salt during a transition period.
Please consider serving. It can be a rewarding experience, and it sure beats just complaining without any way to get your ideas for the marina implemented. We are looking for new ideas and fresh blood in all areas of business expertise from engineering to financial, to food service and general management, etc. Your contribution WILL be appreciated.
Limestone Bay Club Memeberships run from July 1st through June 30th. All new members or renewals in 2013 are now due. Any new members in 2014 will be due in June 2015. Renewals are $25 if billed by Limestone Bay Club after July 1st. Any renewal paid by June 30th will receive a $5 discount. Please complete a renewal form and make payment to a member of Adriaan’s staff by June 30th, and save!

You are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting of Limestone Bay Yacht Club at The Knights of Columbus on Tuesday, June 17th at 7:00 pm. (Social begins at 6:30!) If you cannot attend, please sign and mail your proxies so that we may conduct business. Even if you plan to attend, please return your proxies by mail to help make sure we can conduct business. If you change your mind you are free to revoke your proxy at the meeting.
Last year we were unable to conduct any business due to a lack of a quorum. Please HELP. Your Board works many long unpaid hours for your benefit. Surely you can afford a few minutes of your time to drop your proxy in the mail so they can serve you more effectively?
Thank you for your support.
